The Administrator module is used to import user profiles, to personalize training, to set up the system and security for the manager role, and to set up and distribute class or course information.

The Online Manager is a web browser module that enables managers to create and manage groups and assign course curricula. It also allows the manager to track and document results, and create reports for classes, individual learners, and groups. Multiple managers, such as a training manager and a business line manager, can be assigned to manage or monitor groups of learners.

The Online Student is a web browser module that enables learners to receive and view training assignments, register for group and self-study programs, launch and complete CBT and WBT courses, and view their training results.
