Learnframe will work closely with OpenFLEX to create versions of Learnframe products for China and will serve as a resource to OpenFLEX for support and professional services rendered by OpenFLEX to its customers. OpenFLEX will market, sell and support Learnframe products in China.

In addition, Learnframe will offer training to OpenFLEX employees and customers, let them tour Learnframe model customer sites and will host OpenFLEX clients that come to Learnframe headquarters and to attend conferences on how to best use their products. Learnframe executives will also visit China to collect feedback from Chinese clients.

OpenFLEX will work closely with Learnframe to ensure their clients get the best technologies, products and services. Ms. Annie Huang, President of OpenFLEX China, is actively promoting Nebo, Learnframe’s Knowledge Platform, to some prominent clients in China with full support from Learnframe facilitated by Mr. Charles Callis, Vice President of International Sales for Learnframe.
