DRAPER, Utah - June 14, 2001 - Learnframe(TM), the leading developer
of KnowledgE-Commerce and e-Learning infrastructure technologies Thursday
announced the launch of their Professional Services Practice.
The service addresses obstacles associated with the implementation of
e-Learning to help companies achieve a substantial ROI.
With Corporate America's increasing recognition of their dependency on
"human capital'' as a means to success, the application of e-Learning
to produce results-oriented training is growing rapidly. Many companies
inexperienced with such systems, however, are left stranded after implementation
and fail to achieve a positive ROI.
"A company's success with e-Learning includes provider instruction,
support and maintenance, but also cultural factors such as the ability
to assess the workplace to effectively implement e-Learning products,''
said Mike Memmott Sr., chief executive officer and chairman of Learnframe.
"In response, Learnframe has developed an 8-Step Professional Services
methodology to develop and deploy solutions formed around a client's needs.
This includes resolving obstacles to total adoption within a workplace
culture to ensure that optimal benefits from our Nebo, Pinnacle or Learning
Center products are attained.''
Learnframe's Professional Services Practice includes a complete on-site
analysis of a client's organization by Learnframe personnel. Learning
solutions will be designed to integrate a client's objectives, existing
information systems and organizational structure with the e-Learning product
while taking into account any learning deficiencies.
Rapid development and deployment of the learning solution will then occur,
followed by continued support and maintenance as well as measurement to
demonstrate a positive ROI.
"The main goal of our Professional Services Practice is to help
companies experience a smooth transition from their existing learning
system to the improved Learnframe e-Learning system,'' said Ralph Mason,
president of Learnframe.
"This includes helping employees to internalize and take advantage
of the transformation rather than reject the unfamiliar by demonstrating
the product's benefits on every level.''
