As COO, Tobian will be dedicating his time to overseeing technical operations and advancements of Learnframe product technology.

Tobian's impressive background includes working with the 3M Company, General Manager of Moniterm Corporation, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Utah Medical Products, Inc., General Manager of a steel fabrication company, Powder River, Inc. Tobian received his Bachelor's degree in Law and Society and a Master's degree in Business Administration. He joined Learnframe, Inc., then Pinnacle, as President in January 1996.
