SkillView is an innovator of products that support skills management and has been using Learnframe's learning management system (LMS) to help its customers increase the skill level of their employees. 

SkillView provides companies with the ability to analyze their employee's skill levels and recommend curricula that would resolve deficiencies or prepare the employee for advancement. SkillView's Skills Management Software performs a skills gap analysis comparing an employee's current skill level with a desired or required level. The program then recommends the appropriate courses that will help him reach his goal. PLM allows the administrator and user to follow through with the recommendations by launching the appropriate courses and providing the means to track and report the results.
