Draper, UT & Columbus, Ohio - September 26, 2000 - MindLeaders, a leading provider of e-Learning, today introduced support for a standardized interface with Learnframe to streamline the consolidation of learner data.
The new Learnframe interface enables training managers to more easily track and manage the training process throughout an enterprise. This added capability greatly eases the transfer of learner data such as course scores, time spent taking a course and course completion status.
The standardized interface is immediately available in all MindLeaders online courses, which are designed for business end-users, technical professionals and business professionals. MindLeaders offers more than 500 self-paced, real-time interactive training courses through an online subscription service. MindLeaders customers pay one low annual subscription price for a bundle of courses versus traditional per-course fees.
"Our training courses are designed to be the most effective, efficient means of employee training," said Angus Carroll, chief operating officer. "The interface with Learnframe creates a very efficient, reliable way for training managers to track individual and group progress. Standardizing this interface across all of our courses is a seamless solution that our customers can begin using immediately. Over time, this service will become even more valuable to help manage the continuous flow of new information into a customer's training database."
Learnframe works seamlessly with the majority of available on-line and LAN-based training courses. Its advanced data-mining model facilitates real-time interaction combining student registration and course administration, with an active on-screen display of student progress. The Pinnacle Learning Manager (PLM) incorporates an intuitive administrative interface for importing and exporting training data, with a library of reports available for analyzing both individual and group progress. This provides instructors and administrators a viable platform for scheduling, charting student progress and determining a courseware's effectiveness.
"Efficiency and effectiveness are the essential components managers need to bring training into the on-line world" states Learnframe CEO, Mike Memmott, Sr. "MindLeader's creative packaging ability brings cost effective training solutions to the forefront, while the Pinnacle Learning Manager completes the balance by providing the scheduling, management and reporting capabilities organizations require to validate the online training experience."
