1.	Accept the terms and conditions below by clicking on the "I Accept" button.  The terms and conditions provide you with guide lines for the use and placement of the Learnframe logo and respective trademarks.
2.	Select the size and type of logo you would like to use and register your site with Learnframe.  This registers you in the Learnframe Link Logo Program and will help us keep you current with changes to our Web site.  Upon receiving your registration, Learnframe may display a reciprocal link to your site.
3.	Cut and paste the code we provide and place it on your web site as outlined in the Linking Terms and Conditions.

LEARNFRAME LINKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Except as Learnframe, Inc. may authorize elsewhere, non-Learnframe Web sites may display only the static or animated Link Logo ("Logo") provided. By downloading the Logo, you agree to be bound by these Policies.

2. You may only display the Logo on your Web site, and not in any other manner. It must always be an active link to Learnframe (http://www.learnframe.com). For the link is provided upon registering for the Learnframe Link Logo Program.

3. The Logo .Gif includes the words "Visit Learnframe - The framework of e-learning" describing the significance of the Logo on your site (i.e., the Logo is a link to the Learnframe homepage, not an endorsement of your site). You may not remove or alter this or any other element of the Logo.

4. You may only display the Logo on your Web pages if they make accurate references to Learnframe services, content, or otherwise provide adequate context that the logo is not an endorsement of your site. Your Web page title and other trademarks and logos must appear at least as prominent as the Logo. You may not display the Logo in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or license by Learnframe.

5. The Logo must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing (the height of the Logo) between each side of the Logo and other graphic or textual elements on your page. The Logo may not be used as a feature or design element of any other logo.

6. You may not alter the Logo in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements, etc., or animate, morph, or otherwise distort its perspective or two-dimensional appearance.

7. You may not use the Logo for promotional goods or for products which in Learnframe’s reasonable judgment, may diminish or otherwise damage Learnframe’s goodwill in the Logo, including but not limited to uses which could be deemed to obscene, pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise in poor taste or unlawful, or which purpose or objective is to encourage unlawful activities.

8. These Policies do not grant a license or any other right in Learnframe's logos or trademarks. Learnframe reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display the Logo at any time. Learnframe reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these Policies, infringes any Learnframe intellectual property or other right, or violates other applicable law.

9. LEARNFRAME DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE LOGO, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
